The Legion of Mary is a lay apostolic group. Membership is open to all who are faithfully practicing Catholicism. The Legion system is modeled after the Roman Church and is made up of active members, now estimated to be over 5 million worldwide. Our members strive to become instruments of the Holy Spirit through devotions of prayer and service to the Church and to the community.
The mission of the Legion of Mary is to glorify God through sanctification and dedication to caring for one another. We invite the Light of Christ Community to join us in our evangelization efforts. We have both active and auxiliary memberships available. Please help us to grow in our membership and help in this very important ministry. We meet on Monday afternoon at Blessed Sacrament Parish.
