Faith Formation & Youth Ministry

Welcome to Blessed Sacrament’s Youth Ministry & Faith Formation. At our church, we offer guides for Family Faith Structure. There are several ways to encourage family (and friends!) to educate, accept and participate in their own spiritual connection and growth with Christ. Learn more and invite them to join you in your journey!

The Faith Formation classes would like to extend a most  gracious thank you to all those who have volunteered to prepare meals as part of their formation. They still have more classes to attend and will be in need of a few more meals.  Our Mother Mary gave her “yes” when called by God.  Will you give your yes to help in the faith formation for the  future of our children. Please consider helping  prepare part of a meal that they will share while learning more about their Catholic faith. The dates they will need meals are 4/7, 4/28, 5/5 & 5/26.  12 more people are needed to help with the meals.  Please call  Darlene O’Keeffe at 400-3241 for more information or to volunteer. Say YES and make a difference!

DIOCESAN YOUTH CONVENTION…..Five High School Faith Formation students from our parish participated in the Buffalo Diocesan Youth Convention March 1 – 3, 2019 at the Buffalo Grand Hotel. Carolyn Prefontaine (Youth Ministry CRE) said that our students represented our parish beautifully and she could not have been prouder of them! Student participants were: Kyle Fildes, Maxine Fildes, Carson Pryor, Anna Puchalski, Landon Williams. Many thanks  to the parishioners who sponsored them!
