Faith Formation & Youth Ministry

Welcome to Blessed Sacrament’s Youth Ministry & Faith Formation. At our church, we offer guides for Family Faith Structure. There are several ways to encourage family (and friends!) to educate, accept and participate in their own spiritual connection and growth with Christ. Learn more and invite them to join you in your journey!

DIOCESAN YOUTH CONVENTION…..Five High School Faith Formation students from our parish participated in the Buffalo Diocesan Youth Convention March 1 – 3, 2019 at the Buffalo Grand Hotel. Carolyn Prefontaine (Youth Ministry CRE) said that our students represented our parish beautifully and she could not have been prouder of them! Student participants were: Kyle Fildes, Maxine Fildes, Carson Pryor, Anna Puchalski, Landon Williams. Many thanks    to the parishioners who sponsored them!

Dear Chefs and Cooks! MANY THANKS!
The teens from Sunday Faith Formation Class want to thank you for making the most delicious meals for them. We have been honored with some of the best meals from Legion of Mary and Altar Rosary Society along with Maria and Paul Gust who helped us prepare a Thanksgiving meal fit for a King and also made us two other separate meals. Just like Jesus at the last supper the meals have become a time to share and get closer to each other because of your donation you have supported us and are helping build a strong group of Faith driven teens.
We THANK YOU!
