We are looking for people who would like to donate flowers (or cash for flowers) to plant in our many gardens. Cash can be donated by putting it in a plain envelope. Marked “Our Lord’s Gardeners” and placed in the collection basket at Mass.
Flowers can be brought to church and left on the lawn to the left of the chapel entrance. Red and white geraniums would be appreciated to be planted in the Sacred Heart Garden. A variety of plants are needed for planters and the other gardens. Flowers needing shade such as begonias will be planted under the magnolia tree. Others like petunias, large marigolds, gazanias, etc are some examples of annuals. We would like to plant more perennials as it will make planting in the future easier.
