Practice social distancing.  Wash your hands often.  Sanitize all surfaces in the house touched by people or potentially contaminated objects.  Boost the immune system: drink a lot of warm liquids, lower stress, do mild exercise, get a good night’s sleep, keep in touch with family and friends from a distance. Pray a lot, laugh, supplement the diet with good probiotics, zinc, Vitamins D3 and C, and Omega 3.  Wear a face mask when in crowds.
