The Church in Crisis

All are invited to come together for an evening of Spiritual reflection on Friday October 5 (the Feast Day of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska) at Blessed Sacrament Church, 263 Claremont Avenue in Tonawanda, N.Y.  This special service will help us navigate the clergy sex abuse scandal.  Confession will be celebrated from 6:00 – 6:50 P.M., followed at 7:00 PM by Eucharistic Exposition, praying of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, inspirational talks by Laity who have overcome tragedy and adversity through the divine love and mercy gifted to us by Jesus Christ and His bride, His Church.  We will have a short question and answer period, before we close with veneration of the relic of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, Secretary of Divine Mercy.  Coffee and sweet things will follow as we continue our unification and fellowship at Father Cotter Hall – next to the church.

This event is being hosted by: The Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study Group & Catholic Woman’s Breakfast of Buffalo.
